HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE Hello everyone, I'm back again. Let me quickly give you some pointers on how to be productive.  Being productive will allow you to get more tasks completed within the day.  So lets get started.  The first thing which can allow you to be more productive in the day is having more time in the day. How can you have more time in the day??? WAKE  UP EARLY Yes I said it. And I said it because it's true. However, just because it's true doesn't mean that it is easy. I've tried to do it before and successfully did for a few weeks but eventually, I fell out of it. To wake up early it means that you have to go to bed early too, and when you live with your friends at university it can be extremely hard if you are like me and struggle with self-discipline.  Waking up early is so advantageous because you don't have many things if anything to distract you. Nobody is texting your phone, nobody saying let's do this. Ad

2020 PLAN

PLAN 2020! Not to spread panic or anything but 2020 IS HERE! THE END OF THE DECADE. ( New decade starts 2021)  This upcoming year for me is personally quiet a substantial one as I will have finally have completed education.  There's so much I want to achieve and if your reading this there is a chance you want to achieve lots too. Or even know someone close to your heart who you want to achieve great things.  Let's all be successful this year.  The one thing that I think will help so many of us be successful this year is by having a plan for the year.  NOO we do not need to plan every single little detail or anything close to that. First thing first if we are going to have a plan, that means we are going to need to know what we actually want to have achieved, done, obtained by the end of the year.  If you are anything like me then you are thinking the same as me, but what do I really even want by the end of the year. APPRECIATE YOURSELF

BIG UP YOURSELF  APPRECIATE YOURSELF  Look at how far you have come. Everything you’ve been through  Everything you’ve achieved  Every challenge you’ve faced and beat.  I feel like we don’t actually take time out to appreciate ourselves for all that we’ve done. Maybe it’s because a lot of us want to go so much further, that in comparison to that, our current/previous achievements are nothing.  But we need to start big’n ourselves up for everything, big or small.  Why do we shame ourselves for our failures from 10 years ago but don’t praise ourselves for our achievements 10 years ago?  When we begin to start big’n ourselves up for everything that we’ve done, we begin to understand that the struggle is only temporary and apart of the process.  After this read, make sure you spend at least 10 minutes appreciating yourself for beating challenges and obstacles you faced, for all of your achievements, and everything else. EFFICIENCY

EFFICIENCY  Im sure we all know what efficiency is. I'm not here to explain the concept of efficiency. I'm here to say that we need to start being much more efficient with our time.  There is nothing wrong with being in the gym or library for 3 hours. But what are we actually doing in those 3 hours. Am I on my phone for most of the time there? If I am then I'm really wasting my time in there.  MAKE SURE YOU ARE BEING AS EFFICIENT AS YOU CAN BE. DOING THIS CAN HELP YOU GET MORE DONE IN THE DAY AND WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET THE BEST RESULTS IN THE SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME.  THERE IS NO POINT IN WASTING YOUR TIME WHEN YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO.  For example I don't always need to talk in my YouTube videos and podcast for 10 20 mins just to get a single point across all the time, which is why this video is my shortest one yet.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. PROTECT YOUR PEACE Your peace is your happiness / mental wellbeing Protecting your peace is so simple. It's literally straight forward. FIRSTLY.   KNOW YOURSELF . This is the most important step because if you don't know yourself then you wont know what is going to disrupt your peace. SECONDLY . SAY NO . Say no to being in physical situations that are going to disrupt your peace. For example, negative / TOXIC people, or people who are going to bring down your mood / energy. You do not have to always sacrifice yourself for other people. THIRDLY . MIND WHAT YOU PAY YOUR ATTENTION TO . Understand that the things you see and hear are going to have an affect on your mood. FOURTHLY . TAKE CONTROL, DRIVE THE BOAT. You are in control of what you see in social media. You are in control of what you let affect your mood. Just because it's raining when you wake up, it doesn't mean you should be upset. I'm not saying to lie to yourself but so many peo
